Who We Share It With

- Twilio - SMS and voice delivery (when applicable to a client engagement)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.
SMS and Messaging
Tethyr AI builds SMS and messaging automations for our clients. When we do, the client (not Tethyr AI) is the sender of record and is responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own customers. All SMS automations we build include opt-out instructions and honor STOP requests as required by TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
This website itself does not send marketing SMS. If you choose to provide your phone number to us, we will use it only to contact you about your inquiry or engagement.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client communication records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at Blake@tethyrhq.com.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email us at Blake@tethyrhq.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
